D.A.V.I.D. Systems, one of the world’s most respected
suppliers of digital studio solutions, is now an Axia Audio partner.
Clients of D.A.V.I.D. Systems (www.davidsystems.us)
will now be able to purchase Axia IP-Audio networking components bundled
with and customized for their D.A.V.I.D. delivery systems.
Axia, the networked-audio division of Telos Systems, will
provide its IP-Audio Driver software to D.A.V.I.D. Systems. This new
driver technology allows any audio workstation PC running the Windows®
operating system to send studio-grade audio directly to an Axia audio
network from its network interface card, completely bypassing the need
for PC soundcards. D.A.V.I.D. Systems engineers are working together
with Axia to develop an even deeper integration between systems,
including enhanced support for GPIO messaging control in their version
of the IP-Audio Driver.
