Telos Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of
Michael Uhl to the newly-created position Director of Western Sales.
Uhl’s addition, part of an extensive corporate expansion that
accompanies Telos’ dramatic domestic and International growth, will help
the company forge even closer relationships with its clients.
Uhl’s experience in the broadcast industry spans nearly
three decades, beginning in 1978 at Pacific Recorders and Engineering
(PR&E), where he represented the highly respected line of BMX consoles.
In 1999, he joined Sierra Automated Systems, where he was involved in
bringing the Rubicon product line to market.
“I’m extremely excited to be involved with Telos, Omnia
and Axia,” enthused Uhl. “Telos always seems to be thinking of new and
better ways to help broadcasters do their jobs; coming up with new and
better technology. This will be a wonderful challenge!”
In his newly-created position, Uhl will oversee all sales
initiatives for the Western US, including supporting the company’s
dealer network and building client relationships. Additionally, Uhl will
represent the company at local and regional sales events; he will
coordinate sales and product training, and be the “go to” contact for
all company business west of the Mississippi River.
“All of us at Telos are delighted about having Mike join
our team,” states Managing Director Denny Sanders. “With the explosive
growth of the Axia division, and the increasing demand for Telos and
Omnia products, this expansion will help us to server our clients more
efficiently. With thirty years experience, Mike’s combined sales and
managerial background makes him ideally suited for this position.”
Mike will work from his office in Southern California,
and can be reached directly at +1-(760) 294-7314, or via email at
