Telos Alliance, Ip-Studio Debut “Studio Zero” at IBC 2023

Cleveland, Ohio (September 4, 2023) - First introduced at NAB in Las Vegas, the innovative new “Studio Zero” cloud-based studio solution made possible by the partnership between Telos Alliance® and Ip-Studio, will make its European debut at IBC 2023 in the Ip-Studio stand, #8.B48a.

Jérôme Gahery, Owner and President of Ip-Studio, explains that “Studio Zero enables broadcasters to craft a creative environment wherein conventional hardware elements such as automation and playout systems, consoles, intercoms, phone systems, even audio processing and delivery of a composite signal to the transmitter, are all replaced by cloud-based software alternatives. Broadcasters on the leading edge who are seeking greater flexibility and economies of scale tell us they greatly appreciate the benefits gained by such an approach.”

This joint initiative, “Ip-Studio Powered by Telos Alliance”, highlights the collaboration by showing the Axia® Altus virtual mixing console controlled by Ip-Studio’s Ip-tablet, and the Telos VXs virtual VoIP phone system controlled by Ip-screener. Telos Infinity® VIP virtual intercom platform and Omnia® Enterprise 9s virtual audio processing software with uMPX are also showcased as part of the “Zero Studio” concept.

Peter Passian, Senior Director of Sales, Eastern Hemisphere at Telos Alliance, observes: “The very nature of a studio's essence is undergoing swift transformation. The necessity to cater to a varied remote workforce has hastened the shift towards cloud-centric settings. However, the truly captivating aspect of Studio Zero lies in witnessing the seamless integration of our virtual solutions with those of our peers at Ip-Studio, culminating in a ready-to-use resource that broadcasters can embrace and implement right now.”
